Shipping policy

Dillon Organic aims to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days of receipt. However, this is subject to stock availability. Dispatches will be made Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays. Deliveries will be made to the address you’ve entered at the checkout. If the incorrect address has been entered, Dillon Organic does not accept responsibility for any diverted deliveries. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email info@dillonorganic.co.uk. A refund will be given if we think the case is legitimate. Alternatively, we are happy to provide a free replacement to the damaged product.

Sometimes, parcels can be held up or delayed either at particular courier depot or at customs for international deliveries. Dillon Organic accepts no responsibility where the customer is made, through no fault of their own, to collect parcels from their local depot points. We will always do whatever we can to help you retrieve your parcel.

Shipping rates

UK (Including Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey & Scottish Highlands):

Choose between Express next day shipping (order before 12 pm) and Standard Shipping (2-3 days). Please note that Standard shipping can take up to 14 days to arrive but they usually endeavour to deliver within 48 hours.  Express delivery usually arrives within 24 hours as long as your web order is placed before 12 pm. Choose your option when you checkout.

Free shipping when you spend £24+.

Express Next Day Shipping (orders before 12 pm): £7.00
Standard Shipping (2-3 day): £5.00

Please order before 12 pm for same-day dispatch.

i.e. if you order at 1pm on Friday, choosing Next Day delivery, your order will be packed and sent early on Monday morning, rather than Friday afternoon.
