Refund Policy

 Damages

Should you receive your order and find that the packaged bread is broken, pierced, or not properly sealed please take one or two applicable photos, tell us the best before date of the product and contact us on info@dillonorganic.co.uk quoting your order number. We will aim to deal with your request ASAP.

Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your bread, a refund is given at the discretion of Dillon Organic. However, if we can see clearly, via photographic evidence, that the products supplied are damaged, broken or the shelf-life is shorter than 1 month remaining, we will happily provide a refund to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, we will provide you with a new batch of product to be dispatched free of charge.

However, refunds will not be given if you are dissatisfied with the taste of the product except when the quality has been compromised by damage to the packaging. We will not give refunds if you are dissatisfied with the appearance of the product, or unaware of certain specifications of the product including the ingredients, nutritional info, allergen information, or weight of the product. You have within 14 days of placing your order to ask for a refund.

Any refund requests due to:

  1. Lost packages
  2. Damaged product packaging
  3. The incorrect items being shipped
  4. Any other reason

should be submitted within 14 days of the date of your order being made. Should the 14 day period elapse, we reserve the right to call your order 'closed'.

 

Cancellation

 

You may cancel your order by informing us of this by emailing info@dillonorganic.co.uk any time up to fourteen days from receiving delivery. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken. We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of evidence of having sent the goods back or within 30 days of your cancellation, whichever is the earlier.

 

Returned goods are to be accompanied with a note showing your name, the date of order the order number and invoice number and should be forwarded to our team at this address:
