Hi, thanks for coming to our site. We are Dillon Organic, a brand focused on making delicious tasting bread that helps keep you fuller for longer, and replaces the need to reach for a high carb loaf with a healthy, keto based alternative. We are:

Unlike many low carb breads, we never use additives, thickeners or emulsifiers and stay away from added gluten and eggs. Instead, we use natural, plant based ingredients such as flaxseeds, sunflower seeds and psyllium husk to bind the bread together.
To help people sustain energy throughout the day by reducing their reliance on carbs. We believe a diet high in carbohydrates, particularly refined carbs, can lead to blood sugar imbalances and thus poor concentration, mood swings and weight gain. By adopting a keto or low Glycaemic load (GL) diet, or even a hybrid of both, we can improve our health, lose weight and avoid autoimmune diseases.
Dillon Organic is named after my son Dillon who regularly joins me in cooking for our family. I designed this keto bread to help with my autoimmune skin condition as part of following a hybrid dieting model of switching between keto and low GL diets. The bread had the added benefit of keeping my children’s moods more stable too as they began to swap refined white bread for this new concept their dad was making!
As a co-founder of Pulsin Ltd, a company making plant based nutrition bars and protein powders, I’ve also had 14 years experience in the natural foods industry. It’s been a long journey in bringing the original idea of Dillon Organic to market and I sincerely hope you enjoy the product.
